Staff were exceptionally kind at any hour!!

Location: the hotel was near to great restaurants, and the Piazza dei Signori, the main piazza in the city. The place had an elegant atmosphere. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and satisfactory and complete with fresh croissants, fresh coffee and great options.

Fabulously helpful staff, new-fashioned and air-conditioned room with good beds, views over the Vicenza rooftops, a bath. Absolutely perfect location, just walking distance from everywhere.

Everything was fabulous, excellent service, magnificent location short walk to city center, literally two steps from Piazza dei Signori and the Duomo and the Basilica.

Central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV available in the a double room. Exceptional view to the surrounding hills and excellent and good breakfast. Location close enough to the centre of historic Vicenza and Vicenza for a business trip. For shots visit Borsa, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Stylish and fairly clean hotel with pleasant staff and exceptional views over the rooftops to the surrounding hills. Spacious beds, central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room. Incredible location near Vicenza's main sites, and the beautiful center, beautiful and new-fashioned rooms. Also, on the pedestrian street.

The room was amazingly comfortable and authentic with city views and employees where lovely. The location was stunning, the breakfast was nice.

The room is a nice size and equipped with central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. The staff are amazingly helpful and very competent. Excellent service, they provide a public parking and free Wi-Fi. The atmosphere is quiet.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the beautiful historic center near all the must-see sights, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I especially enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace, taking in the stunning views over a cup of coffee.

I had one night where the noise from the nearby nightlife was a bit loud, but overall this place is fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located hotel with excellent service and amenities.

I was offered a room with good views to the surrounding hills. Also, location was unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Piazza dei Signori. There was a nice restaurant, a market and stores next door...

Our recent stay in the heart of the city was truly amazing! The property was situated just across the road from the train station, which was extremely convenient for us. The room was comfy and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service was fantastic, with friendly staff always willing to help. The breakfast was ample, with a range of delicious food to choose from. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus, providing stunning views of the surrounding area.

The elevator was a bit slow, which was a minor inconvenience during our stay.
